SwarmTrade provides software that executes automated, AI-driven trading strategies against brokerage accounts you connect using your own credentials. SwarmTrade is a software provider only and is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner. See our Risk Disclosure for important limitations.
You must be of legal age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You are solely responsible for the strategies you enable, the credentials you connect, the orders placed on your behalf, and for complying with all applicable laws and the terms of your broker and data providers. You assume all risk arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will produce any particular trading result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwarmTrade and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
