This Privacy Policy describes how SwarmTrade (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the SwarmTrade platform and website (the “Service”).
We collect information you provide directly — such as your email, account settings, and trading preferences — and information generated through your use of the Service, including trading activity, logs, and usage metrics. To operate strategies on your behalf, you may provide brokerage and data-provider API credentials, which are encrypted at rest.
We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service; to execute the strategies you enable; to communicate with you; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
The Service integrates with independent third parties (including brokerage and market-data providers such as Alpaca and Massive, and AI model providers such as Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, and xAI). Your use of those integrations is also governed by the respective providers’ terms and privacy policies.
We employ reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may access, update, or delete your account information, and may disconnect connected credentials at any time. Deleting your account removes associated personal data subject to any legal retention requirements.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
